Shipping

Shipping is FREE in the Continental USA on all of our SADDLES except our MIXED SPECIALS. For stirrups, etc… please contact us for shipping prices.

Quality Assurance

· All of our Saddles are made right here in Flat Rock, Al USA.

· My company is Family owned and Family operated. We take PRIDE in our saddles, and feel that we offer the best there is in Quality, Performance, and Appearance for the best Price.

· Since our saddles are handmade, occasionally there are minor variations within a model or style. Rest assured this does not affect the quality of the saddles, it only represents the style of the builder.

· We only use Quality Leather when making our saddles. You will not find any Man-Made leather substances on our saddles. We hand cut and dye the leather, and sometimes there can be color variations in the leather. Please know that this is not a defect in any way, it is very common in leather to do so.

Returns

If you should feel the need to return an item or exchange it for a different size, please note that you will be responsible for shipping, plus a 20% re-stocking fee. Also, all sales are FINAL after 10 DAYS. We will not negotiate a return after 10 days. Furthermore, a special made or customized saddles are not returnable unless you feel there has been an error, in that case please contact us as soon as possible.

· Your Personal Information is use exclusively by Raymond Blevins Saddles, and is never released to Third Party companies.

· We accept Visa & MasterCard. Orders can be sent through the mail with our Printable Order Form, Over the Phone, or Emailed.

· We accept PayPay payments.

· We will also accept Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks. However, Personal Checks must clear the bank before the merchandise will be shipped.
